International Orders
If you would like to place an order from outside of the UK please contact us either by email: mail@braided-rug.co.uk, or by telephone: +44 (0)1654 767248. Please note, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are considered as outside of the UK.
Deliveries
The Braided Rug Company uses Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all deliveries. If you have any queries regarding postage or delivery then please contact us either by email: mail@braided-rug.co.uk or by telephone: 01654 767248 and we will be happy to answer any questions.
Delivery charges:
Standard Delivery: £4.99 for purchases under £55.00. £8.95 for purchases over £55.00. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, excluding Bank Holidays.
Please note, ensuring the correct delivery address is registered at the point of purchase is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
For faulty or unsuitable items, please notify us within 14 days, and return to: The Braided Rug Company, 15 Chapel Square, Aberdovey, Gwynedd, LL35 0EL.
For faulty items, please return and we will exchange, or refund the cost of the item together with shipping cost. We can also arrange a collection for these items.
For unwanted or unsuitable items, please return to us and we will refund the cost of the item, or exchange.
Items sent overseas are subject to the same conditions, although the return shipping will always need to be arranged by the customer.
Privacy & Security
When you order from THE BRAIDED RUG COMPANY, we require your name, email address and credit/debit card details, including a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem or a query with your order.
THE BRAIDED RUG COMPANY uses a secure server software that will protect your information inline the UK data protection act and associated legislation. Access to your account information is limited to only full time staff only who require access to process your order. We use full login and password controls to protect the information held.
