Trade Sign-in Instructions
Braided Rug's valued trade users should follow a slightly different log-in process to retail users.
At Sign in, please don’t click the "continue with shop" button (this will prevent you from paying by invoice, and instead request immediate payment via card).
If you see "more sign-in options", please click the link:
Please enter your registered email address and click "use email instead":
A unique code will then be sent to your registered email address - please enter this code into the six boxes:
You will then be then taken to your account dashboard.
You can then add trade items to your basket and complete your order by selecting your relevant address(es) and clicking paying by invoice:
If you are ever provided with the option to pay at checkout via 'Shop', please log out and follow the steps above OR select the 'pay by invoice' option.
We will never ask you to pay until we have confirmed the stock available for you.
