Frequently Asked Questions

Our baskets are handmade from 100% organic jute, braided and woven by hand.

Wipe the basket with soap and water and allow it to dry naturally. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, as natural jute can soften if it stays damp.

No. Jute is a natural fibre and the baskets are not waterproof, so they should be kept dry.
